MARIA SIMEONE

Born and raised on Long Island, I am a dancer, actor, and singer with a lifelong love for musical theater. I first fell in love with performing after watching The Phantom of the Opera and The Sound of Music. I knew that performing was where I wanted to spend my days.

As a child, little Maria was incredibly shy, but everything changed in fourth grade. I came home from school one day and proudly announced (to everyones shock and surprise) that I had auditioned for the school musical!! I had stepped onto a stage alone and sang in front of an audience for the first time. What began as a brave leap outside my comfort zone quickly became a passion that I just couldn't get enough of.

You can find me both onstage and behind the scenes; whether that's as a performer, dance captain, ensemble member, or even stage manager. These experiences on and off stage have given me a deep appreciation for every part of the theatrical process and for all that brings a production to life.

Whether dancing, acting, singing, or helping create the magic backstage, I love connecting with an audience and bringing stories to life.
